Frontoethmoidal mucocele with intracranial excision Endoscopic decompression

65 year old female diabetic came with c/o swelling involving left eye of 10 years duration.  CT scan showed selling of left frontal sinus with erosion of its roof with extension into the anterior cranial fossa.  Left orbital contents were found pushed outwards and downwards.
